It should run on a phone, on the menu screen press the instructions section to control the menu. The swimming is Left or Right side to stroke and the centre to dive/turn.

I really enjoyed the game, great job! I think adding a fullscreen button on itch.io or increasing the native viewport size would improve the experience a lot.
